Terms of Agreement:
Teams <ol> <li>Each team will compete against their peers. As such, a team comprising of both MBA and undergraduate students will not be allowed.</li> <li>Each team will be limited 4 students with a minimum of 3 students.</li> <li>All team members must be enrolled in a full-time program, in the same university for the year 2009 – 2010.</li> <li>Teams that are selected to compete in the final round must submit a $200 deposit within 14 days of the notice to confirm their participation in the event.</li> </ol> Case <ol> <li> Each team member will have to sign a disclosure and confidentiality agreement stating that they will not reprint or disclose the case without the expressed written consent of Macquarie Group.</li> <li>The deadline for submitting a team application is November 1st, however Cases will be distributed on October 1st.</li> <li>The final copy of the case analysis needs to be sent in electronically no later than 12:00 am PST on the November 6th</li> <li>Each team is expected to present their original analysis.</li> <li>Any indication of plagiarism will result in disqualification of the team, at the discretion of the Judges.</li> <li>All excel sheets must be enclosed with the respective formulae’s (VBA will not be allowed).</li> <li>All teams must follow the template provided and cannot exceed the maximum page limit. [All relevant information, including judging criteria and other analysis requirement will be outlines in detail when the cases are sent out on October 6th 2009.] </li> </ol>
